- Check-in is from 2:00 pm.
- Check-out is by 10:00 am.
- Reception is open 9:00 am – 9:00 pm.
- Express check-out is available — ask at reception.
- Arrivals after 9:00 pm must be arranged by phone beforehand. Ring (02) 4968 2661 before 9pm.
- Reception is not staffed after 9pm. If you haven’t rung ahead, there may be nobody to let you in.
- Government-issued photo ID is required at check-in.
- A credit card or a $300 cash deposit is taken at check-in for incidentals, and released at check-out.
- Free self-parking, directly outside most rooms.
- The main car park has a 2.8 metre height limit.
- Buses, trucks, trailers and caravans use the service road. Ring ahead so we can allocate a spot.
- All 22 rooms are entirely non-smoking.
- The parkland area is the designated smoking area.
- Pets are not permitted.
- Standard Queen: sleeps 2, up to 1 child.
- Standard Twin: sleeps 2, up to 1 child.
- Standard Triple: sleeps 3, up to 2 children.
- Family Room: sleeps 4, up to 3 children.
- Cots, cribs, rollaway beds and extra beds are not available.
- Daily housekeeping in every room.

- The outdoor saltwater pool, BBQ facilities and parkland are for guest use.

Confirm Cancellation terms and accepted payment methods have not been confirmed by the owner. Your cancellation terms are shown on your booking confirmation email — please read them there, and ring us on (02) 4968 2661 if anything is unclear.
We collect only what we need to take and honour your booking — your name, contact details and stay dates — and we do not sell or share it. This website sets no cookies of its own and loads no analytics or advertising scripts. Bookings are handled by our booking provider under their own terms.

If a policy here doesn’t answer your question, ring reception. It is a twenty-two room motel, not a chain — the person who answers can usually just tell you.
